What qualifies as a special item?

Items that are fragile, valuable, heavy or oversized, including artwork, antiques, mirrors, glass cabinets, safes, gym equipment and sensitive electronics.

Can you move artwork, mirrors and framed pieces?

Yes. Framed artwork, mirrors and glass are corner-protected, wrapped and carried flat or upright depending on the piece, then loaded so nothing can rest against the face.
